Jake's encounter with a toad...

What am I looking for?

There it is... but what is it?

Jake decided he wasn't worth bothering with and
Mr Toad went happily on his way.

Jake's 1st camping trip...

He liked watching the world go by....

but the weather wasn't very good, and he started shivering after a while...


We tried cuddling together for warmth....

But he soon realised bed was the warmest place!


He enjoyed the long country walks...


and exploring Helmsley Castle.

1st attempt at a liver cake - boy does it stink!

He went to the groomers on Tuesday
and I am quite please with the result.
It's the first time he's had the full pet trim -
apparently he was very well behaved.
I'm not sure whether his head looks right though -
maybe the hair needs to grow a bit more?

He got very excited and wore himself out running between them both.

This is is Jake when we first got him back in August 2007.

He hadn't been looked after properly in his previous home and was in need of a good trim!
